Good Morning Sunshine! God Has Graced You For This Season!

2 Corinthians 12:9 – “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”

Life has a way of testing you and taking you to limits that seem beyond your scope of reach! But right now, as you embark on this journey, I want you to that you are right where God wants you! Yes, the path ahead is filled with steep hills, unexpected turns, and moments where the road seems to disappear altogether and every step feels heavier than the last, and it seems like exhaustion is threatening to pull you under.

But it’s in these very moments of weakness that God’s Grace shines the brightest. When Paul wrote these words, he was going through, but he knew who he was connected to, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness,” he’s reminding you that you don’t have to rely on your own strength. When you move out of the war, God steps in, meeting you right where you are, and His Power becomes your source of strength when you need it the most!

But even in those moments when you think your strength has run out, you have something deeper on the inside of you that is about to rise up, Resilience! Resilience isn’t about having the power to breeze through every challenge without stumbling. It’s about taking the next step, even when you feel like you can’t, for this is the moment you come to the intersection of resilience and grace, and every path turns into to Grace for you!

As you continue walking, do you notice the small signs of hope along the way, a door that opens where you least expected, help that comes from a place you never imagined, and peace finds that its way into your heart, even when the things that you needed to change have not changed, and you are able to keep it moving anyway! This is what happens when your resilience meets God’s Grace!

You Become Resilient in the Face of Trials: Resilience isn’t about never feeling tired or discouraged; it’s about rising again after you have fallen. Proverbs 24:16 tells us, “For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes.” Your faith doesn’t shield you from hardship, but it gives you the power to bounce back, knowing that God is right there with you, lifting you up each time you falter. When life knocks you down, God’s grace is the cushion that softens the blow and the hand that helps you stand again!

You Become Responsible in Your Faith Walk: While God’s grace covers you, you are called to be responsible stewards of that grace. Galatians 6:9 encourages us, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Being responsible means showing up even when it’s hard, praying when you don’t feel like it, loving when it’s difficult, and serving when it’s inconvenient. God’s Grace empowers you, but your faithfulness keeps you aligned with His purpose!

You Become Resolute in Your Commitment: To be resolute means to be unwavering, steadfast, and firm in your commitment to God. James 1:12 reminds us, “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.” Life will test your faith, but God calls you to stand firm, trusting that He is working everything out for your good, even when you can’t see it!

You Become Restored by His Grace: No matter how broken you may feel, God’s grace has the power to restore you. Psalm 23:3 says, “He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” Restoration doesn’t mean life goes back to the way it was before. It means God takes the broken pieces and creates something new, something beautiful. His grace not only heals your wounds but transforms you, giving you new strength, new purpose, and new hope!

You Are Able To Rest in Jesus Amid Life’s Storms: Resting in Jesus doesn’t mean escaping life’s challenges; it means finding peace in the midst of them! Resting in Him means letting go of the need to control everything and trusting that He is already at work on your behalf. It’s in His Presence that your anxieties quiet down, your heart is renewed, and your mind finds clarity. Even in the middle of the storm, you can experience a calm that only comes from knowing He holds your future. When you choose to rest in Jesus, you are not giving up; you are surrendering it all, allowing His strength to sustain you and His peace to guard your heart!

So, you see, you showed up with your weakness, your worries, and your weariness, and God shows up with His Power, His Provision, and Peace! So, if you’re standing on that road today, feeling like you can’t go any further, remember this: You don’t have to do it all in your own strength. God’s grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in your weakness. Keep going, you are stronger than you think because His grace is carrying you every step of the way.

This truth is inviting you to shift your perspective on how you view your weakness. Instead of seeing them as a failure or flaw, view it as an opportunity for God to show up in powerful ways. You struggle becomes the stage where His Grace is showcased and displayed, and your dependence on Him deepens your relationship with Him. When you embrace your weaknesses and surrender them to God, you create a space for His strength to flow through you, transforming your trials into testimonies!

God’s Grace is Sufficient for you, no matter what! Thank God for your weakness, for that is when His strength in you is made perfect! The weaker you are the more His Power shows evident in your life! If you need to boast, boast gladly in your weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions and calamities, that the Power of Jesus Christ may rest upon you daily!

Let’s Pray:

Father, Thank You! Father, my heart is growing with gratitude, and I extol Your Majesty for, as my Father, You have manifested Your abundant Grace and Mercy towards me. You have blessed me Your Holy Spirit so that I may live with Your Power on the inside of me as I travel life’s journey. Father You are a Patient and Loving Shepherd, who guards my heart from discouragement, and guards it from boasting and in good times. Father l, I know that without you I am nothing and I have nothing that is permanent. Father, Thank You for giving me a glimpse of Your Glory, and to have a hope of Heaven because of the Grace and Mercy, that You give to me. Father, I will humbly boast in my infirmities for Your Glory, that the Power of Jesus Christ may rest upon me. In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Blessings…

Love, Minister Jean
