Good Morning Sunshine! Do You Have Any Salt?

Matthew 5:13 NJKV ~ “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.”

When It Rains, It Pours! This is the Morton Salts slogan, and the logo is a little girl walking in the rain with an umbrella, this was created in 1914! For as long as I can remember I have used this brand of salt, my grandmother used it, my mother did too, I use it and my daughters do too! I can remember eating my watermelon and pouring that salt on it, it made it taste so good. The Morton company had found a way for their salt to flow freely even in adverse weather conditions.

Are you wondering why I’m giving you a history on salt. I’m glad you asked, so let me tell you why! You should be like salt! In life and ministry, (all of are in ministry in one way or another, because we are all servants of the Most-High God. Yes, I know that some of us have different titles, Pastors, Prophets, Prophetess, Evangelist, Elders, Ministers, Teachers, Deacons and Deaconess and countless others, but they all boil down to being a Servant for God.) so no matter what your title or position is you should display the same usefulness, integrity, and truthfulness as a box of salt that you use.

In today’s world so many ministries and ministers are trying to market the gospel, they wrap it into a nice little package and call it advertising instead of what it should be an encounter with God and a pure worship experience, but this has been replaced and we now call it entertainment. As I ponder Morton’s slogan and begin a Christian this thought came to my mind, as, a child of God, I should not be a fair weathered Christian as I minister for Jesus Christ! Am I good every day, no, but I strive to be every day. Are you at your best all the time? (Be honest)! Listen to what the Word says we should be and how we are to be, 2 Timothy 4:2, “Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage with great patience and careful instruction.” This is not based on how you feel, this is what you are supposed to do!

There is one thing that I have learned since I truly said yes to God. Folks don’t just want or need help when it is most convenient for me. When it rains, it pours! In my honest and transparent moment, there have been times when it’s raining in my life and someone will call for help and in my weakness I want to say, I don’t have enough in me to share, I want to put a sign up that says “off duty” and then I remember that I said yes to God, in season and out of season and then He brought me to His Word, 2 Corinthians 12:9, “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” Now my behavior and speech should be seasoned with salt, that I may know how to answer every man, (Colossians 4:6)! It’s at this point that you are being seasoned with grace and that Jesus Christ Power comes alive in your weakness and it is distributed through you so that you may minister to those that He sent your way!

As a Servant, Minister of the Gospel you must have good moral and ethical standards both in private and public, they go hand in hand. You might believe that man don’t see it, but God does, He sees everything! You need to have solid relationships with others. We live in a society that is full of corruption, and if the people in the world can’t tell you from them how can you influence them to do or be better. Jesus Christ needs you to be in true and honest so that you can be positive influence in the society where you live. Think about it this way, the more you are like the world, the less influence you can have upon it; but the more you are like Christ, the more influence you exercise over those to whom you minister. Your level of influence for Christ will never rise above the level of your likeness to Christ!

The grace that Jesus Christ has given you is good. There is an additive that is in salt to persevere it, well Jesus put it on the inside of you which enables you to pour out when it’s raining, and you are able to maintain your sincerity and character in ministry as you minister to those that are out of your season. Jesus says that salt is good: but if the salt ever loses its saltness, how can it be season again? It can’t, just like you and your witness, if you lose it, you can’t get it back. You get to determine how your conduct will be and how it will affect your ministry. It’s simple you are going to depend on you and the worlds gimmicks and tricks or, are you going to depend on the effectual fervent Power of the Word of God alone!

As you minister to others you are supposed to be leading others to Jesus Christ, your fruit should be producing fruit that is changing the lives of those that are around you and are soaking up what you are giving. Who are you influencing? The Word says that Matthew 5:13, “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.” It’s in this place that your heart posture must be right. The Word of God is living and it’s powerful, and when you preach/teach the Gospel, it is strong enough to stand on its own. It knows all things and it sees all things, especially in your heart, Hebrews 4:12. It is the preaching of the Word, in season and out, that the Spirit of God, is made available and it is pure, and it does save, change, produce, exalts and Glorifies your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Let’s Pray:
Thank You Father! Thank you for giving me Your Grace and Mercy to run this race. Father forgive me for the times I got weary and wanted to quit, thank You for Your strength to endure to the end. Father help me do all things without complaining and murmuring, thank You for making my crooked paths straight, help me hold firmly to the Word of God, so that on the day that Christ’s return, I will be proud that I did not run my race in vain and that my work was not useless or trampled on by men. Father, today I choose to rejoice even if I lose my life, pouring it out like a liquid offering unto You, let my service be an offering to You. Father, I say yes to You! Thank You Father for preparing me for Your blessings and the fulfillment of Your Promises in my life. Thank You Father, that Your pressure has refined me and purified my heart that I might live like You love. Thank You for burning away my insufficiencies and fortifying me in my weakness that I may look and sound more like You. I am going to hold tight to my confession of faith for it is the Word of Life and I am going to run my race of faith without stopping, I will remain but committed, for great is my reward for seeking after You! Father thank You for being the protector of my salt, may every word that I say be seasoned just right by You and for You because of Your Grace and Mercy. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! Are You Living Or, Are You Alive?

Job 14:14 NKJV ~ “If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait, Till my change comes.”

Suffering interrupted Job’s life and pain was interwoven into him and I can only imagine him asking this question, if only I could die and live again? The waves of suffering and mourning was washing over him, but he was determined to hang on to his faith, despite the questions and doubts, he still believed in God!

Most times you the believer experiences suffering, we can go through an extensive list of questions to ask and to be asked. It’s hard to explain that much pain at one time. I mean it’s one thing to have one life altering thing, but it’s another thing when everything is going on at the same time! Pain on top of pain! But I want you to be encouraged and keep your hope in the one that can make a difference, be still under your Father’s everlasting arms. He will not let you go; He will not let you go! If Job, who lived before Jesus Christ was resurrected and have this kind of hope, how much more should you have hope? You can be sure of this one thing; your destiny is set and when you believe in the Risen Savior Jesus Christ!

Job saw death as the end of life as he knew it, yet he held out for hope, that there is life after death. A lot of young people and some old ones too, believe that you only live once and sometimes they will lead reckless lives like nothing else matters. But I’m here to tell you, that you will live again, it’s your choice, heaven or hell! Job went on to say, in 19:26-27, “And after my skin is destroyed, this I know, That in my flesh I shall see God, [27] Whom I shall see for myself, And my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!” Job had confidence and belief that he would see God!

Are you really a believer? Do you believe that now you live on this side of Jesus Christ death and resurrection, but one day you will die, but if you believe you will live again with Jesus! In the Word Jesus taught us He is the Resurrection and the Life and if you believe in Him, you will live again with Him, even after you physically die, (John 11:25)! After you die, you will see God with your own eyes. The good news is this, if you know Him when you die, you will spend eternity in His Presence! This is the reward that you get, and the blessing of being with Him in Glory is far beyond anything else that you can imagine! Today, is the day and time to choose who you will serve, (man or God, Matthew 6:24) and where you want to spend eternity, (heaven or hell, Matthew 25:46). Nobody can make this decision for you, but you and you must do it while the blood is still running warm in your veins and your heart is still beating! You don’t have as much time as you think! Choose this day and choose wisely, (Joshua 24:15), you can be here this morning and be gone the next minute. My question to you is where do you want to spend eternity?

Let’s Pray:
Father Thank You! Father I pray for Your blessings upon us as we spread the Gospel, as I tell somebody about You today. Father, I need You, we need You, the body of Christ need You, the children need You, our families need You, this world needs You, we all need to know that we will live again and that we need to decide and the obey what Your Word tells us. Father, help us to become disciplined disciples for You. Father, today I give over my control, whatever hardship, storm or suffering that I may be going through I relinquish it unto You because I have hope in You! Father, I know that You gave Your life that I might I experience life to the fullest. I know that You see me and my heart and You know my intentions. Father, I stretch my hand to Thee for there is no other help, I will lift up my eyes to the hills, for in You I know that all of my help and strength comes from You! Father, I Thank You for keeping me and helping me to stand firm on You and Your Word without wavering or fear! Father, I Thank You for comforting me and giving me peace! Thank You for raising Your darling Son Jesus Christ up, to show me that there is life after death and that when I believe that I too can truly live before death and after. I’m living now to live again and I’m looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith, that I may have eternal life, that I may live again in eternity with You! In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ! Amen!

Good Morning Sanctified One!

1 Thessalonians 5:23 ~ “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Do you want peace, and not just any kind of peace, but the peace of God to encompass you! This is what you can have when you draw near to God! He sanctifies you and washes you through and through!

Let’s look at cleaning your laundry before the cleaner (you) and after the Cleaner (Jesus)! Have you ever had a piece of laundry that you had to wash over and over because you just couldn’t get the stain out of it with just one wash? As a matter of fact, you probably tried to scrub it a little bit before you washed it the third and fourth time. Now ask yourself this question, how many times did Jesus Christ have to wash you before you truly repented? For every sin you repented of, He washed you and made you clean!

Now when you think about washing something, you want it to be clean, don’t you? I know that you don’t won’t to put on anything dirty, you only want clean stuff. But when you don’t repent and ask God to cleanse you from the inside out, you are only surface clean. You do not just want a surface cleaning job, where it looks good on the outside and inside is all dirty, you want everything clean and only Jesus Christ can clean your insides, will you let Him?

Leviticus 20:7 ~ “Sanctify yourselves therefore and be ye holy: for I am the Lord your God.” None of us can be holy on our own, we need God and He does the purifying and sanctifying work in our lives. As a matter of fact, everything that has happened in your life is God working it out for you. It’s done to draw you closer and closer to Him! It’s designed to conform you to be more like the image of Jesus Christ! In everything that you walk through its God working through you and He’s working it out for your sanctification and for your good. God is purifying you for righteous living and this should be good news to your ears and heart!

Can you imagine watching a movie that showed what your sin history looked like? Every bad thought, idol word, contrary behavior that went against what He told you not to do, those hidden sins, especially those that you thought you hid from everyone, even from yourself, every sin, every day, all day long and day after day.  No one would want to see this movie over and over again, yet Jesus Christ, sees everything that you do, and He is the only One that can wash you clean through and through, you have to be washed in the Word and by the Blood, it’s the process for His Sanctification, Mercy and Grace! When God washes you through and through, He gets rid of everything, and the perfect peace of God becomes your portion!

God is giving you His statutes and He’s calling you and me to do a thing, to be Holy, to be Sanctified, to be Different and to be Set Apart for His Purpose and Only your Lord and Savior can do this, “Trust The Process of God!

Let’s Pray:
Thank You Father! Father, search me and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts and remove anything from me that is wrong. Wash me through and through, until I look just like you. Thank You Father, for forgiving me and cleansing me from all unrighteousness. Keep my mind and heart clear that I may hear from You at all times. God mold me into the image of Your Son Jesus Christ. Please make me holy. Please make me look more like Jesus today. I pray Lord, that You will continue to work through every circumstance in me and that I will encounter You today in my life and that my life will never be the same because of what You have done for me, in me and through me, it’s for my good and Your Glory! In Jesus Christ Name. Amen!

Good Morning Well One!

Philippians 4:6-7 AMP ~ “Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. [7] And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].”

As I re-read the devotional from yesterday, I thought about how often we worry about stuff, even after we said that we have put it in the Hands of God, it’s still in the back of our minds! God has told us to not worry, He Got you all day long! Matthew 6:31-34, “So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” (NIV)

You have a choice, you can worry, or you can wait, and wait well by resting in the Arms of Jesus! When you are resting in the knowledge of what the Lord has done, you are resting well and letting God handle the rest! I mean what is it to worry anyway, it’s a place where you have allowed your mind to dwell on what you are going through or what you think that you might go through! Yea, I know that your concerns may be real, you feel like day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute that this or that is going on and everything is in pieces? But I want you to know that you have a choice whether or not to dwell on the pieces or give them up to God!

Did you really read and get an understanding of the first line of this scripture, “don’t be anxious for anything, but take everything to God in prayer.” It’s in your time of prayer that you thank Him, and you give Him all your request and then you wait in Him and His peace will allow you to wait and wait well! The question is do you want to be in Peace or pieces? Today, release your pieces to the One who can give you Peace! When you release your pieces into the Hands of the Master, He gives you Peace!  (Judges 6:24)

In doing this, it keeps you from being anxious and it gives you something else to do, it keeps your head and heart busy, and it keeps your hands still and steady in prayer, Psalm 37:7a, “Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for him to act.” The bottom line is this, you can pray! Learning how to wait in God takes discipline, you have to be disciplined to be still and to stand firm, (put your armor on, Ephesians 6:13) and the discipline of taking your concern to your Father, means that you will learn how to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17)! As often and as necessary it is, it will change the work of worry into the work of rest!

I know it may seem hard to rest while you wait, but it can be done with the help of the good Lord! When you feel that anxiousness trying to rise up in you, turn to prayer, call on the Name of Jesus, it will remind you of what’s most important in that moment! The time that you wasted worrying did you no good at all! But the time you spent in prayer did much for you, spiritually, physically and emotionally! It’s all in the choice that you make, your choice to worry or to wait well and to have peace of mind. I hope and pray that today when you are faced with the option, that you choose to wait well, to wait in and on God!

It’s during your difficult times that your life can seem like it’s a bunch of puzzle pieces that you are trying to put together and you can’t seem to figure out what piece goes where! Just know that God, knows every single thing and He knows exactly where every piece goes, you don’t have to force any piece in a place that it doesn’t fit! God has insight for every word in every chapter of the story He’s writing about your life.

Start right where you are today; ask the Lord to help you release each piece that has been on your mind and to add to your story that has already been written by Him. He knows where each one of you are at and what you are dealing with. He wants you to receive His Perfect Peace! He is the eternal God who sees the end from the beginning and does nothing without purpose. Just know however God moves is still better than anything that you could do, trust Him with the outcome, He knows better than you!

You want to get well and stay well, put your faith, trust and hope in Jesus Christ, for He is the only One that can give you sweet rest while you wait, and He will give you His peace as a covering, Isaiah 26:3, “You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.” God knows you, “I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.” Isaiah 46:10!

Let’s Pray:
Father Thank You, Thank You for another day! Father, help me to have patience and to not be anxious for anything. Help me to have discipline to wait in You and on You. Father, help me to learn how to wait well. Father help me know what to do and when to do it. Father I choose to rest in You and not work and worry about what I have no control over. Father I am giving everything over to you, for You can handle it better than me. Father I’m giving you my pieces today in exchange for Your peace! Father I will wait on You, and I have put all of my hopes and trust in You! Father, please put a guard over my lips today that I may not whine while I wait, but that I will wait and wait well for my expected outcome in You. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine, Do You Want To Get Well?

John 5:5-9 AMP ~ “There was a certain man there who had been ill for thirty-eight years. [6] When Jesus noticed him lying there [helpless], knowing that he had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to get well?” [7] The invalid answered, “Sir, I have no one to put me in the pool when the water is stirred up, and while I am coming [to get into it myself], someone else steps down ahead of me.” [8] Jesus said to him, “Get up; pick up your pallet and walk.” [9] Immediately the man was healed and recovered his strength, and picked up his pallet and walked. Now that day was the Sabbath.”

What was this place, it was pool with five porches that held the blind, the lame and the paralyzed and they waited for the angel to stir the waters, because it was believed that at that precise moment that the water was stirred that healing was there, anyone who jumped in the water first would be immediately healed of whatever ailments and diseases that they had!

But God, one day when Jesus was walking, He walked directly to that place where the man had been for thirty-eight years. (How long have you been lying in the same place?) But God, the day that Jesus walked in change the trajectory of that man’s life forever. (Jesus can do the same thing for you!) When Jesus entered in, He went straight to that man and asked him one question, “do you want to be healed?”. (This is a question that only you can answer.)

Jesus knows just how long you have been in this place! He picked that man out of all the other sick people that was there, He picked you out from the rest! Thirty-eight years of being afflicted, meant that everyone around you knew that something was wrong with you and that you couldn’t do anything about it! Stop making excuses of why you can’t do this or that, the man’s response was, “I have no one to help me into the pool.” (Stop making excuses, when Jesus asks you a question, He already knows the answer, He just wants you to tell the truth!”) When Jesus simply told the man to get up and walk! Just plain and simple!

Now it’s your turn to obey, the choice is yours, you can remain a victim or you can become victorious. When Jesus spoke, that man didn’t have to wait for water to be stirred, He was healed at the voice of Jesus! So, today this question is for you, what are you waiting for? Are you waiting for the waters of religion, routines and rituals to be stirred or are you listening to the Word’s and Voice of Jesus, who are you listening too? But God! When God has a plan for you, He knows just what to do to get your attention and to show just who He is, when Jesus cured him, everyone knew that this was a divine move and miracle for healing that took place! So many times, we missed out on our blessings because we are watching, waiting and looking for someone to stir the waters! You would rather see waters rather than seek the Master Healer!

Today, right now your Healing just walked into the room where you are! He’s healing everything in you right now! You are walking out of disfunction, diseases, distractions and disappointments pick up your pallet and walk! Did you hear what I said, Jesus is in the room with you! He is already speaking a word of freedom, deliverance, healing, and salvation. His Word is available right now and there will be is a life altering encounter awaiting you when you can recognize that He’s in the room with you!

Don’t miss your moment today because when Jesus walks into the room, everything and everyone changes!

Father Thank You! Thank You that Your Goodness never runs out. Thank You for allowing Your Grace to continue flowing in my life, Thank You for Your endless provision in my life. Father I love You so much and I’m grateful, grateful and grateful! Father I Thank You for the gifts that have been stirred in my life, Thank You for the free flowing of Your Holy Spirit in my life! Father I know that now is the time for me to work the gifts that You have given me. Father I am striving to live better, to walk in Your righteousness in every area of my life. Father, I Thank You that I have a sound mind and that I can hear You speak to me clearly! Father, today I am grabbing hold of all the supernatural miracles and blessings that are coming my way. I thank You that You are moving me from glory to glory and that You are washing me over daily in Your Word! Father, today, “I will hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:23-25!

Good Morning Sunshine! There is a Miracle with your Name on it! Trust and Believe, you Serve the God of Possibilities!

Matthew 19:26 KJV ~ “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.”

This Wondrous Wednesday, a day that you have never seen before and one that you will never see again. Yes, I know that you have seen a many of Wednesdays before, some of you more than others based on your age, but you have never seen this Wednesday, January 10, 2024, before. So, today I want to you to be able to see your trials and tribulations correctly. I want you to recognize that all the challenges and obstacles in your life were there for a purpose, they were there to produce a stronger, wiser, and more disciplined version of you! How you envisioned your life may not be exactly like you wanted it, but I need you to know that the strength you have could have not been birth in your comfort, it had to be produced in your struggle! When you thought it was impossible, God showed up and showed you that all things are possible when you trust and believe Him! (Luke 18:27 ~ “And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”)

Today, God wants to reveal to you the passion that your pain produced so that you can walk straight and tall in your purpose, because others are waiting on you! You have to trust God in the process! Trust Him when you can’t trace Him! Trust God for the Impossible, (Luke 1:37 ~ “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”), because He is the Master of all things Possible!

On July 15, 2017 @ 3:27 pm, I came across this devotional with an unknown author! Today, I want to share it you, I pray that it blesses you and encourages you to trust and believe in the Power of your God! If you can get a But God in your spirit, mind and tongue, God will show up for you and do just what He said He would! He will turn an impossible into a possible!

Here is the Unnamed Devotional: “A young man working in the army was constantly humiliated because he believed in God. One day the captain wanted to humiliate him before the troops. He called the young man and said: – Young man come here, take the key and go and park the Jeep in front. the young man replied: – I cannot drive! The captain said: – Well then ask for assistance of your God! Show us that He exist! The young man takes the key and walked to the vehicle and begins to pray…… …He parks the jeep at the place PERFECTLY well as the captain wanted. The young man came out of the jeep and saw them all crying. They all said together: – We want to serve your God! The young soldier was astonished, and asked what was going on? The CAPTAIN crying opened the hood of the jeep by showing the young man that the car had no engine. Then the boy said: See? This is the God I serve, THE GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE, the God who gives life to what does not exist! You may think there are things still impossible BUT WITH GOD EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.”

Let’s Pray:
Father, I Thank You! I Thank You for turning every impossible into a possible! Father, I trust You with and in all things, You said all I need to have is faith the size of a mustard seed Faith,  (Matthew 17:20 ~ “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”) and I can tell that mountain to be gone and all I have to do is believe God for the impossible! So, Father today I’m asking You to increase my faith and to really believe You for all things in my life! Father, remove every spirit of doubt and unbelief from me and fill me with Your Wisdom and Understanding! Father, I Thank You that You are going to work a Super Miracle in my life today and to all those that are connected to me and especially for those who have not yet had an encounter with You! Let them be like the captain, He knew that only God could do that thing, and He wanted to serve a God like this, after this who wouldn’t want. (Acts 16:30-31 ~ “And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? [31] And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”) Father I want my life to be just like that, after others have seen what You have done in my life, that they will run and ask, what must they do to serve a God like this! Thank You Father for the Super Miracle that You are doing today. In Jesus Christ Name, Amen!

Good Morning Repentant One!

Proverbs 28:13 NIV ~ “Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.”

Lord, I Thank You for Your Mercy!  Confess your sins to God! What is sin? Sin is doing what God commanded you not to do! No matter how you look at sin, it’s wrong and God is not pleased!

 1 John 1:5-10 NKJV ~ “This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.”

James 5:16 NIV ~ “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”

Your life is to be lived out of the awareness of how much God loves you! He made you  to be loved by Him, In Genesis 1:26-27, we are told that we have been created in the image of God, and according to His likeness.

Psalm 139:13-14 NKJV ~ “For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. [14] I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.”

You were made you to have a repentant heart and to receive His love, forgiveness, steadfast, unmovable and tangible love! 1 Corinthians 15:58 ~ “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”

You are called to live your life in God’s love,  He longs for you to walk in love because it is sure, absolute, fulfilling, purposeful, and peaceful and it’s the best way for you to live out your life!

1 Peter 4:8 ~ “And above all things, have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.” Keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of covers all. God’s love will free you from the burdens of living in your own strength. He’s ready to lead you on the path of abundant life and it starts today with simply receiving His love for you!

Today, you have a choice to make, you can continue on the road you’re on and continue to sin, and think that you are hiding it from God, or you can drop to your knees and confess them to God, apologize to others if they got hurt forgive yourself, and take every step to avoid committing that sin again. It’s your choice, just know whatever decision you make will it greatly affect your life!

You want to be blessed, stop trying to hide and pretend you are doing fine, you are not fooling anyone and you are not getting away with anything either. God knows when you sin, even the ones you consider small, the is no small or large sin, sin is sin, be truthful to yourself, others and to God!

There is Good News when you repent to God, He extends His Mercy to you and you began to prosper, His Mercy is worth every promise! Thank You Father for Your Grace and Mercy, may I wear all around me like a cloak!

2 John 1:3 NKJV ~ “Grace, mercy, and peace will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.”

God please point out anything in my life that I need to stop or start doing. I’m listening for Your Voice and I’m choosing to be obedient to what You tell me to do. Father, I’m striving today to receive Your lavish and affectionate love that You have for me and that I may share it with somebody else. in Jesus Christ Name. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine, Let The Glory of God Cover You Today! 

Exodus 3: 14 KJV ~ 

“And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.”

When the Lord sent Moses to deliver Israel, he told him, “Go, and say I AM sent you.” 

When the Lord chooses to show you His Glory, it is a revelation of how He wants to be seen through you and known by you for others to see Him! When God reveals His Glory to His chosen people, it is with a purpose in mind! There is a purpose in you for His Glory! 

Has God revealed Himself to you in a new way in this new year? Did you understand the revelation of what Moses experienced? Moses was chosen by God for a purpose! You are chosen by God for a purpose! And when Moses asked who do I tell them sent me, God’s response was, “tell them I AM sent you” Period, no other explanation needed! Those that know Him will understand and those who don’t will desire to know Him because of the Glory that is seen! The Glory drives you to hunger and thirst to get to know the Great I AM that I AM! God wants you to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of why the Glory is important for you! The Glory is a not a feeling that comes over you, it’s encounter with Him and He chooses who He will show His Glory too, and He’s choosing you! 

So when God sends you to a place all you have to do is say “I AM” sent me, When the Lord sent Moses to deliver Israel, He gave him two specific instructions, To Go and To Speak, that I AM sent you.” Sometimes there won’t be any other explanation, so you have to trust in the Power of God, and have a Yes in your spirit and heart and when you cry out to, “I AM”, He will show up, when He has sent you and not you sending you! Know what you have been called to do and do that thing! Everything has already been prepared and His Glory has went before you, because this is your set purpose, and you can trust this! 

In your time of processing, His Glory has already covered you while you were standing in cleft of the rock! One true encounter with God and you will be stirred up, because you can’t encounter Him and be the same, this will be your come to Jesus moment, your place of changing and receive His Glory and you be reassured in your daily walk that He is with you! The Glory of God is here today, make haste to bow down to Him, make haste to worship Him, make haste to follow Him, make haste to obey Him, make haste to surrender to Him, make haste to choose Him, for you do not know the hour nor day when He’s coming back, be ready at all times!

Father, thank You, thank You for your Glory! Father thank You for watching over me all night long! Thank You that You kept us all night long, Father I’m are grateful! Father, You have allowed me to crossover into a new year and to be alive and well for 8 days in 2024, thank You Father! Father let Thy will be done in my life on this day, hide me in the cleft of Your Rock and let Your Glory cover me and prepare me to move out in assurance and confidence of what You purposed me for! Father, I thank You for Your Glory that will meet me every day as I walk through 2024 Thank You for Your Light that will expel the all darkness from my life. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning My Lord and Savior! I Need You!

Hebrews 4:14-16 NIV ~ “Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. [15] For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are-yet he did not sin. [16] Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”

I need thee every hour…I need thee every hour, oh bless me now my Savior, I come to thee! Father, I Need You Every Hour! Oh, How I Need Thee, O Bless Me Now My Savior For I’m Coming To You! Is this your declaration today? Have you ever in your life been overtaken by the Spirit of God and cried these words out? There have been so many things that we have went through, but even in this you have to know and believe that calling on the Name of Jesus Christ was still the best thing that you could do!

God knows, He knows what you don’t know, yes He knows you and what you are going through or will be facing, so He gets closer to you on purpose, so when that thing happens, you are already leaning and depending on God, you already know that you need Him every hour of the day, even if is to have Him help you to just get out of the bed! Whatever you need is, God’s got it!

I know that today may seem difficult, and it may seem like things are in a million little pieces that you are trying to put together and you can’t seem to figure out what piece goes where! Just know that God, knows every single thing, He has insight in every chapter of  your life. And He knows exactly where every piece goes, and He wants you to release the pieces and take up and in His Peace! Philippians 4:7 ~ “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Don’t panic today when God interrupts your day, just obey and follow! Let your mind and thoughts align with Him, let Him take over, release your reigns and let Him lead! Today, release your pieces to the One who can give you Peace! When you release your pieces into the Hands of the Master, He gives you Peace!  (Judges 6:24)

Today, get this in your spirit, “I need Thee O’Lord”, this shows your dependency on Him and the desire for an intimate relationship with the Savior in order to be blessed: “O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee.” When God is with you, temptation loses its power, and you realize that God has all the answers to life’s questions. He is the Problem Solver, the Heart Fixer, the Mind Regulator, He is the Wheel in the Middle of a Wheel, He is the Lilly of the Valley, He is your Bright and Morning Star, He is your Guide at Night, He is your Friend, He is your Peace, He is your Joy, He is your Strength, He is your Rock, you could go on and on about who your God is, He is the I Am that I Am!

Let’s Pray:
Thank You Father! Father, I need thee every hour of every single day that You allow me to see a brand-new day. Father, I know that I can do nothing without You, but with You I can do all things because You give me the strength to do it! Father, my heart longs for time with You, time in Your Presence is everything to me today and every day! Father give me the strength to accept and things in this place that I am in, for I know that Your timing is not my time and everything that You do, You do perfectly for my life. Father, today I’m surrendering to You in worship, and I look so forward to Your Presence filling the place where I’m at and filling me up to overflow, so that everyone that comes close to me, will know that I have been in Your Presence and I pray that it will fall on them and they receive the desire of more of You too and less of themselves! Father, I will never stop needing You, You are my lifeline, because without You, I don’t exist. Father, I’m drawing near to You, that You may draw nearer to me. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! You Have Been Changed and Cleansed!

Hebrews 9:14 NIV ~ “How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!”

You are “Brand New” because of what Jesus Christ did for you on the Cross! You have been changed! You have been washed by the Blood of the Lamb! Glory Hallelujah!

Now, you have to put off the old you and your fleshly desires and you have to put on your new self, that is created in the image of God’s character, Righteousness and Holiness! (1 Thessalonians 4:7 NIV, “For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life.”) When you trust in God as your Lord and Savior, you will be changed from the inside, out! If you do not see both an inward and outward change in your life, then you are not living what you say you believe in; and you cannot transform yourself by your own efforts, you need trust God to do it! (Romans 12:2)!

You must die to your old self and way of thinking and put it all behind you and don’t look back. (No Looking Back, Galatians 5:24 NIV, “Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”) The “New” you, will be a true reflection of God and the Holy Spirit, Galatians 5:25 NIV, “Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” Believe that your change is coming and it’s going to come through God’s Love, Power, Anointing, and the Holy Spirit, and you will be transformed into the likeness of Him, and you will begin to live a life of Truthfulness, Righteousness and Holiness, for His Glory!

You have something wonderful to look forward to! The blessings of dwelling in a new heaven and earth with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and in the Light of His Presence. On that day, you will no longer stumble but you will see clearly and desire His Will for your life. You have been set apart through the Blood of Jesus Christ and it’s time to walk in the light, the light of Jesus Christ! It’s time to worship God Almighty! It’s time, “That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; [23] And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; [24] And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.”Ephesians 4:22-24!

For all who trust in Christ, you are washed in His Blood and cleansed from sin so that you may serve Him in total wholeness! Lord Jesus, Thank You for washing me and making me fully clean!

Let’s Pray:
Thank You Father! Thank You for cleansing me in Your darling Son Jesus Christ Blood! Thank You for changing me into Your Likeness! Thank You God, for my makeover! Father, I want to be more like You with each passing day. Father, I pray that You will transform me daily and shape every part of my life to reflect You, that when others see me, they are really looking a reflection of Your Glory. Father, help me to daily put to death the desires of my flesh and to produce the fruit of the Spirit in my life. God Thank You that I have been made New today. Thank You that I am changed today and that I may be a change agent for someone else. Father, Thank You for everything that you have done, is doing and will do in my life. Thank You for washing me in the Blood! Thank You for giving me the ability to Plead the Blood of Jesus over every circumstance in my life and to know that it will take care of it! Thank You Father. In Jesus Christ Name I pray, Amen!
