Good Morning Sunshine! God Brought You Out This And That On Purpose And For His Purpose!

Deuteronomy 4:20 NIV ~ “But as for you, the LORD took you and brought you out of the iron-smelting furnace, out of Egypt, to be the people of his inheritance, as you now are.”

The Lord done brought you out of this and He done brought you out of that! God brought out of Egypt and Jesus brought you out of sin and bondage! To God be the Glory for deliverance!

If it had not been for the Lord, who was on your side, where would you be? The Lord brought you out of the iron furnace, and out everything that had you in bondage! For the Israelites it was Egypt. They were unto him a people of inheritance, and God had to deliver them for that reason! You are a part of God’s inheritance too! God is a God of rescue, and He is calling you out of darkness and into His marvelous light, (1 Peter 2:9) where you are treasured as His own!

When God moves you out of the iron furnace, that is how much He loves you and He does not want you to suffer severely not another second. There will be no more mental and emotional harshness, bondage or slavery for you! There was a special relationship between God and the Israelites. (Sometimes it may have seemed like a one-sided friendship, as long as things were good, but at the first sight of trouble they wanted to bail on you. Do you know anyone like that, or you like that? The first time something doesn’t go your way you want to bail on God and complain instead of praying!) Learn to fall on your knees in prayer!

Moses had to continually remind the people that God had already rescued them from the harsh conditions of Egypt, and all they had to do was trust Him and take Him at His Word. They didn’t have to worry about a thing, but it’s hard getting Egypt out a person. (You have heard the saying before, you can move me out of the hood, but you cannot get the hood out of me. Well, you can be delivered from all old stuff, if you would only give your heart to God!) The same thing applies to you today, trust Him, take Him and believe His Word, He specializes in working all things out for you, (Romans 8:28!) This is why the Bible says that you are to hide the Word of God in your heart that you might not sin against Him! (Psalm 119:11.) It was hard, but God loved them, and He had made a promise to them, and He was going to keep it. For God cannot and will not lie! He is true to His Word, (Titus 1:2!)

Can you imagine the intense suffering that they were going through day and night! It was just unbearable! Have you ever been through something so painful that you thought you were in a furnace and the heat just kept getting hotter and hotter! And you needed some relief immediately! Or have you ever saw someone going through so much and you couldn’t take it anymore and you stepped in and helped them, even though they never asked you too, you were just tired of seeing them struggle! That’s what they felt, and God got tired of watching them suffer so He stepped in and delivered them! God’s act of bringing them out was not just about physical freedom; it was spiritual, He was making them into His own chosen people, His inheritance! God is a God of love and love is action on the move! God had a purpose in freeing them and He has a purpose for you too. He is setting you apart as His own, giving you a unique identity and a place in His plans.

When God says enough is enough, He does something about it. They had suffered and struggled for over 400 years, under the control of somebody else’s rule and He was tired of the cruel labor that they had been subjected to! So, He intervened and used Moses to lead them to their escape. God sent Jesus to help you escape your sin. The sad thing is that He could physically take them out of Egypt, but He couldn’t get Egypt out of them! They murmured and complained about everything when they couldn’t have their way and was always talking about going back to bondage! The old had to die off so that the next generation could inherit the promise! Everyone could not see the promise that God had in store for them.

Your old ways need to die off so that you can inherit the promises that God has for you! You can’t continue to walk in bondage and want freedom at the same time! Jesus declared in John 8:36, “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” You have to choose to follow and do everything God says whether you understand it or like it! It’s not about how you feel, it’s about what’s best for you now and later! Now you get to walk with God and later you get to spend eternity with God because of what you chose now!

God’s power to rescue you was designed from the beginning to set you apart. Just like God brought the Israelites out of Egypt, He wants to deliver you from your own bondage, fear, despair, doubt, disappointment, sin, fear, and old wounds. You have been saved by God and not to just to be free but to belong to Him and to live out His Plan for your life. You should be encouraged to know that God loves and cares for you that much, and that He wants you to be a part of His ultimate plan for the Kingdom! God brought you through for a reason! God brought you out of Egypt, and Jesus brings you out of the bondage of sin and death and makes you a part of His family. He redeemed you for His inheritance!

The Word of God declares, “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sin.” Colossians 1:13-14. God’s deliverance is setting you free and giving you a place in His eternal kingdom and plan forever! You just have to follow and trust Him and His Way!

Let’s Pray:
Father, thank You. Father, today I receive Your full inheritance that You have for me, and I receive by faith everything that rightfully belongs to me through Your darling Son, Jesus Christ as I know that He suffered that I might surrender and serve Him forever. Father, I receive my inheritance based upon You being my Lord, Savior and King and this makes me a joint heir Jesus Christ! Father thank You for rescuing me from my bondage and from my sins. Thank You for giving me a stable and solid place to be! Father, thank You for the shedding of blood of Jesus, that purchased my inheritance for me. Father, I thank You for what Your Word says that, if I delight myself in You, You will give me the desires of my heart, Psalm 37:4, Father, let my heart desire You and only You. Father, thank You for fulfilling all the promise that You said that You would give me and the ones that You continue to bless me with. Father, thank You for giving me a bold faith to believe You and to put all of my hope and trust in You and to believe every Word that You speak!  In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! God Is Giving You Your Second Wind, To Get To Moving!

Exodus 14:21-26,28-31 NIV ~ “Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, [22] and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left. [23] The Egyptians pursued them, and all Pharaoh’s horses and chariots and horsemen followed them into the sea. [24] During the last watch of the night the LORD looked down from the pillar of fire and cloud at the Egyptian army and threw it into confusion. [25] He jammed the wheels of their chariots so that they had difficulty driving. And the Egyptians said, “Let’s get away from the Israelites! The LORD is fighting for them against Egypt.” [26] Then the LORD said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may flow back over the Egyptians and their chariots and horsemen.” [28] The water flowed back and covered the chariots and horsemen—the entire army of Pharaoh that had followed the Israelites into the sea. Not one of them survived. [29] But the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left. [30] That day the LORD saved Israel from the hands of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians lying dead on the shore. [31] And when the Israelites saw the mighty hand of the LORD displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the LORD and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant.”

Today’ scripture is longer than the devotional! All I can hear God saying is, I’ve Giving You Your Second Wind, Now Get To Moving, You Have Work To Do! Read and study all of Exodus 14!

The Lord told Moses to stop crying and to start moving! Moses had to go into prayer with God. Prayer is the most vital part of who you are, and you need to give it the proper place in your life. It is time for you to take action, stop crying, pick up your feet, look up and get to moving, as you being to look up you will see God looking down at you. As a matter of fact, He had already gone before you and started preparing your new place! Stop procrastinating, for you know exactly what needs to be done in this season, God has already showed you and told you. But instead of you moving out, you rather continue asking God for more guidance as an excuse to postpone what you are supposed to be doing! Today, I’m sure that you know what you should be doing, is time to start moving! I know that you think there is no way of escape, but the God has created a dry path through a wet sea just for you to walk through!

Yeah, sometimes it might seem like it’s too much happening, or you may feel like you are not going anywhere, or there is no way out, but God is saying “don’t panic; I’m opening up a way for you, just keep moving forward!” Think about what He did for His children, now recognize how much He loves you, the seabed went straight to dry ground, it bypassed the muddy phase, so that your way would be easy! God is always protecting you! Pay attention to the shifting of the Angels of God who had been leading (in front) them with the clouds and fire, now they stood behind them as a guardian, preventing them from being overtaking by the Egyptians! God sends His Angels to watch over you, He will put a fire and a cloud between you and them so that they cannot see you, He got your front and back, (Psalm 91)!

God is fighting on your behalf today! And your enemies know it now, and it’s too late for them to turn around. God will allow your enemy to follow you so that He can take care of them, not you, you keep living your Holy and righteous life before Him and keep moving forward, (Romans 12:19!) As the Egyptians tried to escape, the Lord, brought chaos among them and broke their wheels off of their chariots so that their way would be hard and then He caused the sea to flow back to its original position and it covered the entire army, and no one survived (14:28!) Pharaoh defied the God of creation and God’s creation wiped him and His Army out!

In your time of consecration and sanctification you are being delivered from all that has held you back. Your deliverance is a true revelation of the character and nature of God, because not only does your enemies recognize who God is, but you do too, you get to know Him personally! You see His Hand at work in your life as you encounter His faithfulness towards you. You see when true deliverance takes place, you are able to see God and His Power at work, which is His very nature! It is a culmination of the Mighty Acts of God, that have shaped your understanding of who He is! And He is God and there is nobody else like Him!

This new place with God is more than what He gives to you, it is who He is at the center of your core! And this is what you will tell your children and their children, and it will continue being passed down throughout the generations forever. They will know and remember the story of how God led you through the sea and brought you out on dry land! Today, God is eliminating everything that has tried to stop you from moving forward! He has sent His Angels to stand between you and them! And the Egyptian that you see today you will see no more, for the Lord has dealt with them! Now Get To Moving, You Have Your Second Wind and You Have Work To Do!

Let’s Pray:
Thank You Father! Thank You for rescuing me! Father, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude and thankfulness for You fighting for me, when I’m aware and when I’m unaware, thank You. Father, as I go about my day, help me to lean on You, Your Word, Wisdom, Guidance and Promise, knowing that I need only be still so that I can see Your hand at work in my life. Father, help me not to complain as I’m crossing over onto dry ground. Father, strengthen my faith to trust in Your timing and Your plan. Father, help me to quiet my mind, still my soul, and find rest in Your unchanging love. Father, let Your peace envelop me, for You are my Blessed Assurance and You are assuring me that no matter what I face, I am never alone because You are always fighting for me and You go before and behind me, covering me on every side, every day, and I’m grateful. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! Have You Welcomed In His Presence Today?

Psalm 139:7 KJV~ “Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?”

How amazing it is to be in God’s Presence and to see His Glory hovering over you wherever you are!

When you desire more of Him, He will give you more of His Presence, which provides you with all of His promises that He created for you in the beginning! Today, do you desire a deeper relationship and devotional life with God? If so, you can have it when you surrender it all to Him, I promise you will never be disappointed when you ask for more of God, you will receive more of Him. And He will give you more of His Wisdom, love, peace, joy, discernment and a better understanding of His Will and His Ways. When you seek Him more, you will receive more of Him today than you did yesterday, and you will be greater for today!

Your Father is everywhere at the same time, He is Omnipresent! Today, there is nowhere else you should desire to be except in Your Father’s, Presence, that’s where His Glory resides! Did you receive this? You are never alone when you have God, God is always with you, everywhere you go, He goes! It is in God’s Presence, that your call becomes clearer! It’s in His Presence where He talks with you! It’s in His Presence that He walks with you! It’s in His Presence that you find joy! It’s in His Presence that you find peace! It’s in His Presence that you will find love!

It’s in Presence where His Glory shows up and changes your life! It’s in this place, His Presence, that His Glory appears, and there is no other place you should want to be! Exodus 33:17-18 ESV~ “And the Lord said to Moses, “This very thing that you have spoken I will do, for you have found favor in my sight, and I know you by name.” 18 Moses said, “Please show me your glory.” This scripture should touch the core of your heart, your Father knows you personally, He knows your whole name and who you really are! Because you are seeking Him today, He is going to do that thing you asked of Him! This is your shouting moment, Glory Hallelujah!

So, what are you asking God for today, are you like Moses, and just want Him to show you, His Glory! Or are you like Solomon and you just want wisdom. Whatever it is God is going to do it for you today! Out of all the things Moses could have asked for, He only asked God for one thing and that was to show him, His Glory, he knew everything else would be added when He chose God! When you choose God, He adds everything else that you need, and He will give you the desires of your heart!

So, what do you want today? Choose something that will last, something with substance, something that will add any value to your life! And remember, no matter where you go, the Spirit and Presence of the Lord is always right there!

Let’s Pray:
Father, today I will open my mouth and declare Your goodness before everyone that I meet. Father, today I seek to be in Your Presence and desire for You to show me Your Glory and I will sing of Your praises all the day long. I will declare I’m victorious because of what You are doing in my life, and I belong to You! Father, Thank You for Your promises and everlasting Presence that covers me and everyone that I am concerned about. Father, there is nowhere that I want to be, except in Your Presence, for Your Glory and my good, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Amen and Amen!

Blessings…
