Good Morning Sunshine! Close The Door And Trust What God Says To Do In Secret, That You Might Receive Openly!

Thank You Father, for this devotional being developed in the darkroom, may it bless every heart and eye that sees it today, in Jesus Name!

Matthew 6:6 NKJV~ “But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.”

Have you ever felt invisible, as though the progress you’re making or the struggles you’re enduring go unnoticed? Be encouraged: what’s unseen by others is not unseen by God. Just as a seed germinates in the hidden depths of the soil before bursting forth into the sunlight, so too does the Lord’s work in you blossom at the appointed time.

Let’s talk about what happens when a photographer goes into the darkroom! When a photographer develops film, the process doesn’t happen in the glare of bright light but in the still, dark confines of the darkroom. It’s in that unseen space where hidden details emerge, shadows blend into substance, and the artist’s work becomes visible. The darkroom isn’t a place of chaos or neglect it’s a space of intentionality, precision, and transformation. Likewise, God’s work in your life may unfold outside of public eyes, it is going to happen in the quiet and private spaces where only He can see you!

Our scripture is the prelude into the Lord’s Prayer in Matthew 6:9-13) and it is there to remind you that your growth, transformation, and connection to the God thrives in those unseen moments of prayer and devotion. What’s done in secret is your place of intimacy with God. When you pray, close the door. This directive implies more than physical separation from the world; it is telling you to shut out distractions, quiet your restless mind, and meet God heart-to-heart. The unseen room, whether it’s a real space or a still moment in your day, becomes the sacred ground where God’s love holds you and molds you!

What is cultivated in secret carries the greatest reward; (this is not about man’s award to you) this is about God and what Rewards He has just for you! In those quiet places, you will discover that the holding power of God’s Word is greater than the pressures of this world! When you choose to prioritize your unseen communion with your Father, He aligns your desires with His purpose, (Philippians 2:13!) He strengthens you for the public battles and blesses you in ways far beyond what you could imagine.

Sometimes, though, the waiting can feel long, and the unseen work can feel heavy. But it is during these seasons that God wants you to take heart to what is said in the Word, Galatians 6:9: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Trust that God’s timeline is perfect, and His plans for you, though hidden now, will bear fruit in due season! The work that God has begun in secret is a promise of the abundant harvest to come to come into your life! So, remember 1 Peter 5:6-7: “Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” In your hidden moments, know that you are never alone; God cares deeply and is always at work!

So, when you feel like you are having a darkroom moment, ask God to help you be still and not fidget, just know that He is shaping you and your faith for the journey ahead!  You need to be intentional during this time and seek God in prayer and stillness. You also need to trust God completely of every area of your life that you feel is being hidden or you are uncertain of it! God is holding you in the secret place! Trust the work that He is doing in you in your secret place! You’re hidden, but you are being held in the Hands of God! Just imagine how you are going to look and feel when He finishes developing you!

Let’s Pray:
Thank You Father! Thank You Father, for allowing me another day! Thank You for seeing me, even in the quietest and most hidden parts of my life. Father forgive me for not trusting You in the darkroom when and where You were developing me for my destiny! Father, help me to trust Your work in those unseen places of my heart. Teach me to rest in Your Presence,  and to receive Your Peace and to know that You are holding and transforming me into the who and what You’ve called me to be! Father, strengthen and stir up my faith when I’m tempted to doubt, and give me the patience to wait for Your perfect timing. Father, help me to fully surrender all of my anxieties to You, trusting in Your care and provision as my one and only true Provider! Father, may my time spent in secret with You overflow into a life that glorifies You publicly. Father, grant me the courage to trust You even when I don’t understand the process, knowing that You are working all things out for Your Glory and for my good. Father, and most importantly help me to remember that the hidden work that You are doing in my heart will one day bring me home to You and for Your Glory. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! Don’t Believe Every Thing You Hear And See! Test The Spirits And Know Whether They Are Of God!

1 John 4:1–3 NKJV ~ “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. [2] By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, [3] and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.”

You want to be able to tell if something or someone is of God! Know your Word! This scripture tells you exactly how to discern that, but you have to be ready to accept the truth!

So many times, we forget that God and the Holy Spirit teaches us constantly about how many other spiritual forces reside in our world and that we need to pay attention to them and pray. You see them as distant and supernatural forces that are nowhere near you, but I want you to know that they are closer than you think, pay attention! These forces exist in your everyday life, racism and favoritism, just to name a few, but there are many more forces in the world, and they go against everything that God stands for! Whatever God hates you should hate to (Proverbs 6:16–19) and what He loves you should love, (Proverbs 15:9)! The Word of God is clear on these two things!

So, God has given you clear instructions on what to do and how to do it. Let’s look at verses 2 and 3; this is how you can recognize the Spirit of God:

1. Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God.

2. But every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God.

God made this plan and simple, He didn’t use any big words, He wanted to make sure that you understood exactly what He was saying to you. Everything rests on Jesus. If the spirit acknowledges that Jesus is Lord and is from God, then you know it’s the truth. But, if the spirit fails to acknowledge Jesus, who is from God, then it’s not from God, but rather, is the “spirit of the antichrist.”

Three Steps for Testing Spirits

1.Do Not Believe Every Spirit: Study your Word to learn what it says. Remember, everything that sounds good isn’t good. Matthew 7:15 warns us, “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.” Sometimes what looks good is just poison wrapped up.

2.Test the Spirits: Study your Word to understand the truth. Every spirit must pass the “Jesus test.” False spirits will try to implant their lies into your heart so that you speak their lies aloud. You must test them against the Word of God.

3.Prevail Over False Spirits: Study your Word to strengthen your faith. To reject the lies of false spirits and embrace the truth of Jesus, you need a changed heart. Ask yourself: What does your heart reflect the truth or a lie?

Because of what Jesus did over 2,000 years ago, you don’t have to fight the battle, the war has been won and three days later, He was raised up and that same Spirit now lives inside of you and because of this you don’t have to fear any false spirit, for God has saved you and He is protecting you. Romans 8:11. You live in a spiritual world, everything you see is not always black and white, sometimes you have to look in between. But the supernatural is not always from God! You cannot believe everything that you see and hear! You can’t believe every spirit because some of them are liars, some you can tell right away and some try to dress it up, but God knows them all and He gave you His Word and His Spirit to help you discern them. Be mindful of ravenous wolves trying to dress in sheep’s clothing! When you know your Word and are connected to the true Source, the Vine, the Holy Spirit will show you the difference, their fruit will give them away. And don’t worry, every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. You just be sure of your fruit! (Matthew 7:15-19)!

God’s Word is clear: you must examine every spirit, testing them to determine whether they confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. Verse 2 outlines the foundation of truth: “Every spirit that acknowledges Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God.” This acknowledgment affirms the reality of Jesus’ divine incarnation, central to your faith. But in contrast, any spirit that denies this truth no matter how appealing or convincing it may appear is not from God and it opposes God’s purposes and bears the spirit of the Antichrist. This discernment requires you to be vigilant as a prayer warrior! Trust God’s Word and His Spirit! Remember, beloved, not every spirit is from God, but His Spirit will always lead you to the truth! Through the power of Christ and the wisdom of God’s Word, you can walk confidently and victoriously, knowing that you are equipped to discern the truth and to live by that same truth boldly for God!

Let’s Pray:

Thank You Father. Thank You for this brand-new day, Father, I desire more of You and Your Word. Father, I want to be filled with Your Spirit like never before. Father, I seek Your Wisdom and Understanding today, fill me with Your Power from on high. Father, help me to know Your Word over every word that I hear and that I will not follow the lie of the false. Father, I thank You for Your discernment and clarity to speak exactly what You say, and I thank You molding and preparing the heart of the person that You will put in my path today, may they receive the Your Word and believe in it that their lives be changed! Father, my heart is in a posture and position of prayer that I may be in Your Presence, day in and day out. Father, I pray that Your Spirit will be imparted into me and others and that we will never be the same. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! Did You Know That God Fulfilled Every One of Your Days Before He Gave You the First One?

Psalm 139:16-18 TPT ~ “You saw who you created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book. [17-18] Every single moment you are thinking of me! How precious and wonderful to consider that you cherish me constantly in your every thought! O God, your desires toward me are more than the grains of sand on every shore! When I awake each morning, you’re still with me.”

God is the Author of time, and He is the Author of your story. Long before you took your first breath, the Lord had already written every one of your days in His book. Before your eyes ever saw the light of day, His eyes saw you. He not only knew your beginning, but He has planned out your journey and already accounted for your trials, victories, and moments of transformation!

This truth should bring incredible comfort to you and remind you that your life is not an accident, for all of the details of your existence are not random, they are on point and on purpose! Every season you walk through, every challenge you face, and every joy you experience has been ordained by the loving Hands of your Father. Even though you may not always comprehend nor understand the purpose behind what happens, you can trust that nothing is outside the scope of God’s Sovereign plan for you!

What does it mean that God “ordained” your days? It means that nothing about your life catches Him by surprise. He knows the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10), and He promises that His purposes will prevail (Proverbs 19:21). Even in moments that feel chaotic, where you face detours, where your GPS re-routes you due to unexpected difficulties, it didn’t shake God, so stop letting it shake you! For in His infinite wisdom and love, He is weaving every thread of your life into a masterpiece for His Glory and your ultimate good.

Consider this, God didn’t just see your life like a distant observer, He designed it with love, purpose, and care. He wove you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), embedding within your gifts, talents, passions, and callings that reflect His unique plan for your life. Even the hardest moments of your journey are known to Him, and He promises to work all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). And that is you!

So, when your life feels uncertain or overwhelming remind yourself that God has already gone ahead of you, He is making paths for you through the forest, He is making your crooked places straight! So, before you even encounter a problem, He has already provided a solution! Before you face a trial, He has already planned a way through it! As Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, “God knows the plans He has for us—plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future.”

This divine foreknowledge is designed to give you freedom to rest in His plan. It means you don’t have to live in fear of the unknown or try to control every aspect of your life on your own. You can surrender to the truth that your times are in His hands (Psalm 31:15) and trust His perfect Will. Knowing this also calls you to live with intentionality, recognizing that your time on Earth is precious. As Ephesians 2:10 declares, “We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” When you align your choices with His purposes, your life becomes a reflection of His Glory and Grace! Let’s look at these reflections:

Reflection 1: Trusting God’s Sovereignty
How does knowing that God planned your days before you were born change how you view your life’s challenges? Reflect on the fact that God is never caught off guard. When you face trials, remember that they are opportunities for growth that God can use to strengthen your faith and refine your character. Trusting in God’s sovereignty means you can release the need to have all the answers and rest in the assurance that His plan is good, even when you can’t see the full picture.

Reflection 2: Living Intentionally
In what ways can you steward your time and decisions to honor God’s plan? Think about how you allocate your resources, relationships, and energy. Are you using them for God’s glory? Pray for wisdom and discernment to identify areas where you can be more intentional. Each moment we are given is an opportunity to reflect His love, serve others, and walk in obedience to His will. Let this knowledge inspire you to live with greater focus and purpose.

Reflection 3: Trusting in Seasons of Waiting
Is there an area of your life where you need to trust more fully in God’s sovereignty? Perhaps you are waiting for an answer to prayer or clarity in a decision. Reflect on the fact that God is at work even in the waiting. His timing is perfect, and His delays are not denials. Ask Him to increase your faith and help you surrender your worries, trusting that He will fulfill His purposes in His time.

God has given each one of us 1,440 minutes to accomplish what He put in you before you knew you! Be intentional on how you live your minutes, for the next one is not promised to you and if you don’t use it for His Glory, you can’t get them back! Use your time wisely, it’s a gift for you to treasure!

Let’s Pray:
Heavenly Father, thank You for being the Author of my life. I stand in awe that You planned every one of my days before I even existed. Thank You for being the Creator of every moment I experience. I am humbled by the truth that You planned every one of my days before I even came into existence. Father, Thank You for loving me so intimately and that You carefully wove and knitted together every detail of my life, giving me purpose and a future filled with hope. I praise You for the reminder that my life is not an accident, but a masterpiece You designed with Your infinite wisdom. Father, help me to trust You in all things as You teach me to live intentionally, making the most of the time You’ve given me and to know that You are always in control. Even when my life feels uncertain or difficult, help me to remember that nothing takes You by surprise. Strengthen my faith so I can walk confidently in the assurance that Your plans are good and perfect. And when I face challenges, show me how to lean on Your Grace and wisdom, trusting that You are working all things for my good. Father, I ask for Your guidance as I steward the days You have given me. Father, help me to use my time, energy, and talents wisely, knowing that they were given to me for Your Glory. Father, open my eyes and ears to see opportunities to serve others and to make a difference in someone’s life. Father, may I always keep You at the center of my all decisions and relationships. And Father, when I become overwhelmed by the demands of my life, remind me to rest in You, hey me to pace myself and to slow down and be present in the moments You have blessed me with. Father, give me the wisdom to find balance, the courage to let go of unnecessary distractions, and the humility to rely on Your strength instead of my own. Father, help me to trust Your timing and surrender my worries to You, knowing that You see the bigger picture even when I cannot. Fill me with Your Presence, Power, Peace and Patience to know that Your delays are for my benefit and that Your purposes will always prevail. Father, today I choose to honor You with all of my heart and to treasure each moment that You have given me! In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! What Kind Of Fruit Is Evident In Your Life Today?

John 15:4 AMP ~ “Remain in Me, and I [will remain] in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit by itself without remaining in the vine, neither can you [bear fruit, producing evidence of your faith] unless you remain in Me.”

The want to be gardener in me loves the story of Jesus as the Root and Stems of the Vine. Me and you are the branches that grow out of His roots.  We get all of our nutrients from Him so that we might live, to bloom, to branch out, and to produce more fruit for God’s Glory!

The image of Christ as the Vine and you as the branches paints such a vivid picture of how deeply dependent you and I are on God. Everything you are, everything you hope to become, flows directly from Him. Like a skilled gardener, Jesus tends to your heart with love and care, pruning away what does not belong and nurturing you for greater growth. Which makes pruning you so necessary!

When God is Pruning you, that’s Him showing you love, just like a good father takes care of His children, God the Master Gardener takes care of His branches, He waters, protects, cuts, and removes branches that will stop or hinder your growth, He is the Vine Dresser!  In order for continued growth to take place, sometimes God has to cut some things off the branches (off of you), He has to remove everything that is dead so that it does not contaminate or infect you and cause you to decay, dry up and die.

Pruning you is done with a purpose in mind! Yes, I know it’s easy to struggle when God begins the pruning process! The cutting away of familiar habits, people, or comforts can feel uncomfortable at first, sometimes downright painful! But as the Master Gardener, God knows exactly what’s necessary for your growth. Pruning removes the dead and harmful parts of your life that hinder His purpose. It may feel like a loss, but it’s truly preparation for more abundance!

God prunes you because He wants your life to be a reflection of His character, plain and simple! When God prunes, He is not rejecting you; He is shaping you, making room for new fruit. His goal is to reflect His character through you and to align you with His perfect plan. Pruning is not punishment; it’s a process of love. Don’t look at pruning as painful but see it as purpose!

Trust the Gardener to cultivate something beautiful in your life as you abide in Him. Your God is Sovereign, and He knows exactly what situations to place you in to produce better fruit for His Harvest. All you have to do is remain in Jesus and He will remain in you, that’s what His Word promises!

You need to do these two things, “abide and thrive!” Jesus offers a  profound insight into your relationship with Him, in John 15. And just as a branch cannot survive or produce fruit unless it remains connected to the vine, neither can you thrive apart from Christ. God created you to bear fruit and not for yourself, but for His Glory!

And here’s the truth, fruitfulness doesn’t happen without abiding and without pruning. The pruning process can feel unsettling as God is removing every weight that is holding you back and down from  your life, things that you thought that you needed, but you really didn’t need it!

It those things that are holding you back from running and winning and abiding and thriving! Just to name a few, it could be your own attitude, relationships, opportunities, or even cherished plans. Yet, in His infinite wisdom and love, the Master Gardener only takes away what will hinder you or leads to spiritual decay. He prunes you to make room for greater growth, so you can thrive in ways you never imagined.

If your spiritual fruit seems sparse or unhealthy, take time to evaluate your relationship with the Vine. Are you abiding in Christ through prayer, worship, and His Word, or have distractions pulled you away? Remember, fruitfulness doesn’t come from your own strength but through His Spirit working in and through you to naturally produce fruit that glorifies Him and blesses those around you!

So, today, take time to examine your heart and see what part of your life does God need to take out with His sharp cutters on? Trust Him! His hands are loving, precise, steady and His plans are far better than yours (Jeremiah 29:11). Lean into Him, trusting that His pruning is creating something beautiful in your life. Let go of the dead branches so that He can remove them, and you can grow, thrive, and produce fruit for His Glory!

Let’s Pray:
Father, my Master Gardener, I come before You today with a heart full of gratitude and surrender. Thank You for being the Vine that sustains me, for giving me life, strength, and purpose. Father, I know that You love me enough to prune me, to cut away the dead or harmful parts of my life that hinder me from producing fruit for Your glory. Forgive me, Father, for the times I’ve resisted Your hand or clung tightly to things You’ve asked me to release. Help me to trust You completely, even in seasons where the pruning feels painful or confusing. Father, I desire to abide in You, to be connected to You in every moment of my day. Nourish me with Your Word, fill me with Your Spirit, and shape me according to Your perfect will. Thank You for seeing potential in me and never giving up, even when I falter. I welcome Your pruning because I know it’s for my good and Your Glory. Help me to walk in obedience, bearing fruit that will last and draw others to You Jesus! Father, I want to remain in the Vine, trusting You the Master Gardener to work in my life. Let Your love flow through me as You refine me so that I might bear fruit that Glorifies You. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! It’s Time To Run, Run, Run! Run Your Race!

Hebrews 12:1-2 AMP ~ “Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who by faith have testified to the truth of God’s absolute faithfulness], stripping off every unnecessary weight and the sin which so easily and cleverly entangles us, let us run with endurance and active persistence the race that is set before us, [2] [looking away from all that will distract us and] focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfecter of faith [the first incentive for our belief and the One who brings our faith to maturity], who for the joy [of accomplishing the goal] set before Him endured the cross, disregarding the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God [revealing His deity, His authority, and the completion of His work].”

Imagine that you are training for your first marathon, your training didn’t begin on race day, but it began weeks earlier when you committed to the challenge. Think about your first time training for race, you are wearing heavy sweats, carrying a backpack with water bottles, and running with your headphones tangled. By the first mile, you are totally exhausted, frustrated, and wondering why you ever thought you could run a marathon! So that night, you called your friend who is an experienced runner, and they offer you a piece of advice, you’ve got to let go of what you don’t need. Lighten your load so you can run smoothly!

The key to endurance isn’t carrying everything, it’s carrying what’s essential. So, the next day, you hit the pavement with a new perspective, this time you have lighter gear, a focused mindset, and a heart determined to improve. Yeah, you still struggled at times, but you to trust the process and you remember that endurance is built step by step. So, as you can see God doesn’t ask you to run the race of life weighed down by unnecessary burdens. He wants you to let go of sins, doubts, fears, and even distractions that divert your focus. And to seek Him for wisdom, for you are called to lean on the great cloud of witnesses, as well as on God’s Word, prayer, and the encouragement of fellow believers!

Life is like a marathon, not a short sprint. In today’s scripture you are encouraged to think of yourself as a runner in a race, with one clear goal, to keep going, stay focused, and endure! But what gives this verse its power is that you are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses! These witnesses, heroes of faith who persevered through hardships are there to cheer you on. Think about the lives of Abraham, Moses, Ruth, Esther, Paul, or the unnamed faithful who endured hardships. Their lives testify to the power of God’s faithfulness. Their stories have been recounted in the Bible and echoed through history for a purpose, to remind you that the race of faith is not ran alone!

So, when you feel weary, you can draw courage from their stories. They didn’t run perfectly, but they kept going, trusting God to guide them. Their perseverance is in the Bible to there to remind you that victory isn’t about perfection but about unwavering faith. Remember, it’s a marathon, not a one man show! For no marathon is without its challenges and you will need some encouragement along the way! For you will face some burdens and distractions that will try to weigh you down. These weights can be unresolved fears, insecurities, or even the busyness of life that keeps you from wholeheartedly pursuing God. Sin is like an unexpected obstacle in the race, it can trip you up if you’re not vigilant!

This is why I love this Scripture; it is clear in what you must do, you must actively throw off hindrances and shed them like a runner who tosses aside anything that slows down their pace! Picture it a runner shedding a heavy jacket as the race heats up. What weighs you down? Is it the opinion of others? Is it perfectionism? Is it the fear of failure? Or is it your past mistakes? Whatever it is, throw it off! I believe this verse is to challenge you to reflect on what is holding you back in your spiritual race and to release it. When you surrender these burdens to God, you free yourself to run with clarity and unencumbered by the weight of unnecessary distractions!

The race that you are running had already been marked out for you. God, in His sovereignty, knows the course ahead. He is the One who set the track, prepared the path, and empowers you to keep going. But to finish strong, you must stay focused on Him, keeping your eyes fixed on Jesus, the ultimate example of perseverance and faith! Now run with perseverance, the race that has been marked out for you is unique. No two runners face the exact same course, some may encounter steep hills, while you may have to tread through deserts or forests. Each challenge will be different, but the same God will strengthen each one of you! Trust God’s plan for your specific journey, even when the path feels confusing or overwhelming, just know that God has equipped you with grace, guidance, and strength to keep moving forward, to keep pushing, and to keep running your race, for you have a set goal, eternity!

Let’s Pray:

Thank You Father! Father, You have set a race before me, one that is marked by Your love, Grace, and purpose. Father, I have to admit that at times I feel weighed down by distractions, sins, and worries that try to steal my focus. Father, help me to lay these things at Your feet, trusting that You will give me the strength to let go and move forward. Strengthen me to run with perseverance, inspired by those who have gone before me, who trusted You through trials and uncertainties. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit so that I may run with endurance, finding joy and peace even in the hard seasons. So, Father when I feel weary, remind me of Your promises, and when I stumble, lift me up with Your Grace. Father, fix my eyes on Your Son, Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith, so that no matter what challenges lie ahead, I can run with hope, knowing that You are with me every step of the way. Father, teach me to trust the race You’ve marked out for me, even when I don’t understand the terrain. Help me to encourage others running alongside me, and may our faith be a testimony to Your power and goodness. Guide me to the finish line, Father, and may my life glorify You in every step that I take. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! Stop Sharing Everything God Tells You!

Matthew 7:6 (ESV) ~ “Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you.”

God’s revelations are precious, and they are treasures meant to deepen your spiritual walk with Him, to guide you in truth, and equip you for His Glory and the good of others. Yet not every insight is meant for everyone or to be shared at all times. Jesus Himself modeled restraint and discernment in sharing sacred truths, knowing the importance of timing, audience, and readiness. In this brief yet powerful verse, Jesus offers a sobering word of wisdom: not every truth, insight, or revelation you receive is meant for everyone, and not everyone is ready to receive the precious things God places in your life. The “dogs” and “pigs” that Jesus refers to aren’t animals but symbolic representations of people who do not appreciate or value the things of God. Instead of receiving God’s Word or wisdom, they dismiss it, distort it, or even turn against it.

This scripture Matthew 7:6, has been misquoted and misunderstood so many times. But it is a crucial truth that we all need to take heed of, to have wisdom to know when and when not to communicate in telling someone what Jesus said. Jesus gives a stark warning to His followers: not every person is prepared to understand, honor, or even accept the truth of God’s Word. Sharing divine insight with those who lack spiritual maturity will lead to agitation, frustration, rejection, or, worse, damage to the message and to relationships.

Read this story, “There was a young man who was bubbling with excitement as he shared his newfound vision from God with one of his friends. He explained the intricate plan he believed God had laid on his heart to start a mentorship program for at-risk youth. His friend listened, but his face clouded with doubt. “That sounds… ambitious,” he said slowly. “Are you even qualified? What if it doesn’t work?” By the end of their conversation, his once fiery confidence was reduced to a flicker. Weeks passed, and the vision faded into the background of his life. It wasn’t until he confided in his pastor months later that he realized God hadn’t called his friend to see the vision, but He had called him. Sharing too soon with the wrong person had almost derailed his purpose, but it taught him an invaluable lesson about guarding what God entrusted to him.” In the same manner, if God has called you to do something do it, and don’t worry, He has destiny helpers waiting to assist you.

The apostle Paul said, “Brothers and sisters, I could not address you as people who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ. I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready.” – 1 Corinthians 3:1-2 (NIV). Paul recognized that spiritual growth is a process, and not everyone is ready to grasp deeper truths. When you share too soon or with the wrong audience, it can hinder rather than help God’s work. This requires discernment on your part and a deep, prayerful understanding of when, where, and with whom to share what God reveals. (But just know this for yourself, you cannot use that you are a baby in Christ for every, even babies grow up and come off of milk. When will you get off milk and start eating meat?)

Wait for God’s Timing and the Right Person, your destiny helpers have already been assigned to you! Because when God gives you a word, instruction, or task, it’s often accompanied by a period of preparation. Waiting for the right time and the right person is critical to ensuring His plan unfolds as intended. If you share prematurely or with someone who doesn’t understand or support God’s purpose for your life, you risk being discouraged or even talked out of it. Just as Nehemiah kept God’s vision for rebuilding the wall close to his heart until the right time (Nehemiah 2:12), you must learn to protect what God has entrusted to you. Waiting allows God to open the right doors and align you with the right people who can edify, encourage, and partner with you in His work!

As believers, you must practice discernment by praying for wisdom (James 1:5) and waiting for God’s perfect timing (Ecclesiastes 3:7). Reflect on whether your motives are rooted in seeking validation or following God’s guidance (Proverbs 16:2). Recognize that not everyone is ready for spiritual truths, as some require the “milk” of foundational teachings before solid food (1 Corinthians 3:1-2). Consider these scriptures: Proverbs 16:21, Proverbs 12:23, and Proverbs 17:28, which all emphasize the importance of restraint, discernment, and wisdom in speech. Finally, like Nehemiah in Nehemiah 2:4, let prayer precede action, seeking God’s counsel to align with His Will.

The verse from today emphasizes the need for discernment in sharing the sacred and holy things God has entrusted to you. It’s natural to want to share what God has shown you, especially when it excites and empowers you. But Jesus teaches you that sharing too quickly or with the wrong people can lead to discouragement or worse. When you speak to those not ready or willing to understand, you risk throwing away the precious truths that God intended to enrich and build your life and others. Rather than being a blessing, those truths may be misunderstood, rejected, or even mocked.

In the Old Testament, Proverbs 9:7-8 highlights this dynamic: “Whoever corrects a scoffer gets himself abuse, and he who reproves a wicked man incurs injury. Do not reprove a scoffer, or he will hate you; reprove a wise man, and he will love you.” (ESV) Jesus’ counsel should remind you that, while you are called to share the gospel and teach others, you must be wise about when and how you speak. (remember it is not what you say, but how you say it). Some people need time to soften their hearts, some need more foundational understanding, and some simply aren’t open. When you choose to withhold the deeper things of God from people who are not receptive, it’s not out of judgment but out of respect for God’s wisdom and timing. Timing is everything!

Let’s Pray:
Father, thank You for trusting me with Your truth and revelations. I recognize how precious they are, they are meant to nurture my spirit and bring Glory to Your Name. I ask for Your wisdom to steward them well. Teach me to listen before I speak, to discern before I act, and to trust Your timing over my own understanding, Proverbs 3:5-6. Father, thank You for the wisdom and insights You entrust to me. Help me to be discerning and wise in how I share Your Word and the revelations You’ve given me. Teach me to recognize the times when it’s right to speak and when it’s right to remain silent. Guard my heart from seeking approval from others and protect me from discouragement when my words are not received. Give me a heightened awareness of the urgency of guarding Your Word, knowing that its power is sacred and not meant for casual handling, for death and life are in the power of the tongue. Proverbs 18:21. Help me resist the temptation to seek validation from sharing prematurely, and instead, align my heart with Your purpose. Prepare the hearts of those who are ready to receive Your truth and let me be an instrument of Your Will when the time is right. Father, forgive me for times I’ve spoken out of turn or shared without wisdom. I pray for the strength to protect what You’ve placed in my heart, so the wrong person doesn’t sway me from Your plan. May I wait with patience and faith for the right time and the right people to reveal Your purposes. Fill me with humility, patience, and sensitivity to Your Spirit, so I may honor You in all I say and do as I will share only when I am led by Your Spirit, and I pray this with urgency and reverence. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Have A Blessed Weekend…

Good Morning Sunshine! You Can Find God In Your Silence And Stillness If You Only Be Still!

Psalm 46:10 NIV ~ “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

I want to tell you a story about a young woman who visited the lake and heard whispers! “One crisp autumn morning, the young lady went and sat alone by the edge of a still lake. Life had overwhelmed her, deadlines at work, family issues, friends versus foes, and mounting of other worries about the future encamped around her. She did not go to the lake for answers but to simply escape the chaos she was facing. The world around her became still and quiet, except for the rustle of leaves and the faint ripple of water as a breeze passed through. She closed her eyes, and for the first time in months, she stopped striving, no planning, no problem-solving, just stillness.

In that silence, her heart began to stir. A verse she hadn’t read in years came to mind: “Be still, and know that I am God.” As she reflected on those words, she felt a peace she couldn’t explain. It was as if God’s presence met her in that sacred stillness, filling her with the assurance that she wasn’t alone. The burdens that seemed insurmountable moments earlier now felt lighter. She left the lake that day knowing this: God often speaks in stillness and silence. Sometimes you can be consumed by the noise of life that you miss His voice, but when you pause and sit with Him in silence, He reminds you of His sovereignty and unchanging love for you! All you had to do was be silent and still! Take a Pause Break!”

In this fast pace of life, it’s so easy to miss God’s Voice, or drown it out by the constant noise around you. Yet, this Scripture tells you that God often speaks in stillness and silence! Psalm 46:10 is a call not only to physical stillness but also to an inner posture of trust and surrender. It’s an invitation for you to cease striving and to rest in the knowledge of God’s sovereignty. Stillness and silence create the space that you need to encounter God and to hear His voice clearly. Elijah had to learn that God’s Presence and Voice isn’t always found in loud and dramatic displays, but in a small gentle whisper. 1 Kings 19:11–12, and the same thing is true for you today, God speaks not through chaos but in the quietness of your heart!

Jesus Himself modeled the importance of retreating into stillness. Luke 5:16 tells us, “But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.” Though surrounded by crowds and demands, Jesus intentionally sought solitude to commune with the Father. In the same way, you need to create space for stillness in your own life, for when you silence the noise, your hearts become receptive to the Voice of God’s Spirit! Hearing God in stillness requires you to intentionally practice this. It means that you need to find a quiet place, eliminating distractions, and focusing on His Presence, (put your phone on silent and focus!) It is about surrendering your agenda and allowing God to take the lead in the conversation. In Isaiah 30:15 Stillness is not passive; it is a place of spiritual renewal. It is a perfect reminder, “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength.” Resting in God doesn’t diminish you but rather restores you, enabling you to face life’s challenges with renewed faith and courage. It is in those moments, that you invite God to reveal Himself in ways you might miss amid the noise.

To hear God in stillness and silence, begin by preparing your heart through prayer. Invite God to quiet your thoughts, surrender your worries, and guide you into His Presence. Seek out a space free of distractions, whether it’s a quiet room, a peaceful corner outdoors, or even your car. Silence external noise to create an atmosphere of stillness, where your focus remains solely on Him. Meditate on the Word of God to guide your thoughts and allow passages like Psalm 23 or Philippians 4:6–7 to stir up your spirit! Listening for God’s Voice takes patience, so as you pray and reflect, pause to simply sit in silence, and wait for Him to move! God will respond with the peace that surpasses all understanding, (Isaiah 26:3) a reminder through His Word, or a prompting in your spirit. Be intentional in your walk and experience, noting impressions or Scripture that God brings to your heart. Finally, surrender your expectations. Trust that God speaks in His timing and His way, and that even moments of perceived silence is working to deepen your faith in God!

So, I have a question for you, how often do you pause to listen for God in the midst of life’s demands? Your silence is not a wasted moment but a sacred invitation to hear God’s heart and experience His peace. Take a moment to reflect on your daily routines. Are you carving out time to intentionally connect with God, or do distractions dominate your attention? God desires to meet you in the quiet spaces of your life, where the noise is stripped away, and His Presence becomes undeniable. Let stillness transform your perspective and remind you of the strength, guidance, and assurance God provides in His Whispers, His Silence! Take a Pause Break to remind yourself to take those moments to pause and breathe when your emotions overwhelm you. Allow yourself to rest, to regaining your peace and strength with each and every breath, it’s time for you to exhale!

Let’s Pray:
Father, Thank You! Thank You for quieting me down that I may hear You in my silence and stillness in the midst of life’s noise, teach me to seek stillness. Help me to quiet my heart and sit at Your feet, trusting that You will meet me in silence. Open my ears to hear Your gentle whisper and my heart to receive Your wisdom. Lord, forgive me for the times I’ve been too busy to listen and too distracted to rest. Teach me to surrender my worries to You, knowing that You fight my battles as I remain still. Fill my spirit with Your peace and renew my strength in Your Presence. Let my moments of stillness transform me, draw me closer to Your heart, and guide me in the steps You want me to take. May I rest in the assurance that Your love surrounds me, and Your purpose is being fulfilled in my life. Thank You for always speaking, even when I am slow to listen. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! You Want To Be Tended To? Stop Wandering Around, God Wants To Tend To You!

John 4:10 NKJV ~ “Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

It was 11:11 am yesterday and I shared this with you at this specific time on Facebook! Now it’s 11:11 pm and this thought is still with me! And I woke up at 2:47 am to share this with you!

Yesterday morning when I woke up, I woke up with a, “I need Jesus to Tend to me moment!” So, I started listening to “At The Well”, and I heard it with new ears today; it was like I had transitioned from what was into what is. And as I was sitting at my desk, I heard this, “Somebody needs to hear what God did just for you from you! If today is a day that you need God to Tend to you! Then this is your moment, He is waiting for you, to fill you up John 4:14!

Has God Been Faithful to you? Have you been Transformed at the WELL by Jesus Christ? For it is where your life will be Transformed! It’s where the Change will take place! It is the place between where you were and where you are going! Think about today, 11:59 pm, was still January 7th and 12:01 am, it’s what is to come, and midnight 60 seconds before midnight and 60 seconds after midnight, It’s your seconds of transition!

So, if you knew that all the time you had was between 11:59pm ~ 12:01am. What would you do differently if you knew you only had 120 seconds to make a difference? (The thing is you don’t know, it’s time to make haste!)

What would you want someone to know if you only had seconds left?

If I had 120 seconds, this is what I would say to you! I would tell you about Jesus Christ, He came, He died for you! He went to the Cross and He Rose Again, (Matthew 12:40)! I would tell them that Jesus Christ loves you and the only way to the Father is Through Him, (John 14:6)! I would tell them that they need to Repent and do it with a sense of Urgency for you don’t know the day nor the hour when He’s coming or when you will leave the natural earth, (Matthew 3:2 & 24:36)!

I would tell them it’s time to Choose who they are going to serve, (Joshua 24:15)! I would tell them it’s time to for you to Believe in your heart and Open your mouth and Confess that Jesus is who He says He is, (Romans 10:9-10)! And the final thing that I would say is God so loved you, that He gave His Only begotten Son that you might Have Life, (John 3:16)!

Please share your journey and experience with someone else today! Somebody needs to be introduced to Jesus Christ today! They need to know that Jesus Christ saves you! And that He is faithful even when you have not! They need to know what the Lord has done for you! This is what makes you, you!  Listen to the words of this song with your heart and not your mind and let God minister unto your soul! Today be intentional about Jesus, because only what you do for Christ will last, (2 Corinthians 4:18 & Colossians 3:23-24)! Stop wasting time, thinking that you can do something later, don’t put off today for tomorrow, for you do not know if tomorrow is promised to you yet, this is God’s business!

Let’s Pray:

Father, Thank You for blessing me and allowing me to see another day! Father help me to be wise in my dealings today and to take every opportunity that you give me as a blessing. Father, thank You for the gift of eternal life through Your Son, Jesus Christ, the living water that quenches the deepest thirst of our souls, as promised in John 4:14. Lord, I praise You for transforming my life, taking me from emptiness and searching to a place of peace, purpose, and eternal hope. Your Word declares, “Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst,” and I am living proof of this truth. Fill me with boldness and urgency to share Jesus with those around me who are lost and in need of Your saving grace. May my story reflect Your glory, showing how Jesus has become my way, truth, and life, just as You’ve promised in John 14:6. Open my eyes to see the people You have placed in my path, and give me courage to speak Your truth without hesitation. Your Word reminds me in 2 Corinthians 6:2, “Now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.” Help me to share my testimony and the gospel message with clarity and love, trusting that You will work in their hearts. Let Your Spirit flow in me like a spring of living water, so others may come to know the joy love, grace, and hope found in You. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Please listen to both of these songs with your heart and not your head!

I don’t own the rights to this music

Good Morning Sunshine! Walking In God’s Way, Will Move You Out Of Your Way!

Proverbs 14:12 NIV ~ “There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.”

Have you ever set out on a journey and realized too late that you were heading in the wrong direction? Life’s choices can often feel like that, paths that appear good, sensible, or even promising at the start, only to end in disappointment or pain. Today’s scripture is a warning from God: what seems right to us in your human wisdom is not always the right path. Your emotions, experiences, and the culture you live in can deceive you into thinking you’re making the best choice! I want you to know that you are your own worst enemy. You will cause yourself more pain and trouble than any foe ever could!

Life often presents you with endless choices. Some seem logical, some appealing, or some just so convenient that you confidently move forward, assuming that you are on the right path. However, making a decision does not automatically mean it aligns with God’s destiny for your life. Just because you decided to do it, doesn’t mean that God destined it for you! When you choose a path that seems right in your own eyes without seeking God’s wisdom, you risk veering off course.

Like Jonah, who fled in the opposite direction of Nineveh (Jonah 1:1-3), your plans can lead to turmoil, confusion, or unnecessary detours. Jonah’s choice wasn’t God’s plan, it was his own plan and attempt to escape what he didn’t want to do. Yet, God intervened, rerouted and redirected Jonah through a storm and a great fish. God will always remind you of this important truth, just because you choose a path doesn’t mean God destined us to walk it. His plan is perfect, purposeful, and tailored to the calling He has placed on your life. It requires you to totally trust Him, even when the journey ahead feels unclear or uncomfortable.

God is the architect of your destiny. He knew you before you were formed in your mother’s womb and He has already planned out each day of your life (Jeremiah 1:5, Psalm 139:16). Yet, as free-willed individuals, you will try to build your own plans instead of surrendering to His blueprint. When you make decisions out of fear, ambition, or impatience, you run the risk of designing a life that may look good outwardly but lacks divine purpose inwardly!

Abraham and Sarah learned this lesson the hard way when they decided to try and help God fulfill His promise of a son. Their decision to have a child through Hagar created more complications than it was worth (Genesis 16). Yet God, in His mercy, still fulfilled His original plan in His perfect time, and like Abraham and Sarah, you must recognize that shortcuts and self-made plans cannot and will not replace God’s timing or His perfect will for your life!

Learning to follow God’s destiny path for your life requires a posture of humility and listening. Jesus said in John 10:27, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” Hearing my His voice requires intentionality, spending time in prayer, studying His Word, and remaining sensitive to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. What’s more, listening requires stillness. Often, in our haste to move forward, we drown out the gentle promptings of God’s Spirit. Make space in your life to pause, listen, and surrender.

Because without God’s guidance, you will be like a traveler following a broken compass, aiming for life but heading toward destruction. Consider King Saul, who seemed right in his own eyes when he spared King Agag and the best of the livestock instead of obeying God’s direct command (1 Samuel 15). His disobedience ultimately led to his downfall. Saul relied on his logic rather than God’s direction, forgetting that God’s ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). God is very clear in His message to you, He doesn’t just ask you to walk the path that merely looksright but to follow His Word, which is right! The world may tempt you to prioritize what feels right, success, power, relationships, or independence, but apart from God, those paths will lead you further from His plan and closer to the wrong way, which will cause you harm!

So, how do you avoid choosing the wrong path, you must first submit yourself to God’s Word, allowing it to be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Prayer is essential in seeking God’s wisdom before making decisions and trusting that He will generously provide guidance when you ask (James 1:5). You must also trust Him and His timing, knowing that impatience will lead you astray, while God’s plans unfold perfectly in His time (Ecclesiastes 3:11). Finally, listening to the Holy Spirit is crucial for your wellbeing; the Spirit of God within you brings peace and clarity, directing you toward the path of righteousness, even when it doesn’t align with what seems logical or easy (John 16:13). By submitting, praying, waiting, and listening, you can avoid the ways that seem right but lead to harm!

Choosing God’s path may require sacrifice, patience, or a step of faith. It might mean laying down your plans, saying no to tempting opportunities, or surrendering control of an area of your life that you think that you can control! But God! But know this, it’s His Ways that will lead you to have an abundant life (John 10:10). Trust that He knows the best and better way to get you there!

Here are some ways to help you discern if what you have decided to do aligns with God’s destiny for your life:

  1. Seek His Word. God’s will is never contradictory to His Word. Psalm 119:105 reminds you that “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
  2. Pray for Clarity. James 1:5 says, “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given to him.” When in doubt, ask. Seek Wise Counsel. God often uses trusted mentors or spiritual leaders to confirm His direction. Proverbs 15:22 says, “Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.”
  3. Wait for Confirmation. God’s timing often brings clarity and peace. Isaiah 40:31 tells us, “Those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength.” Examine Your Motives while you wait: Ask yourself, “Is this choice driven by faith or fear, by trust in God or dependence on yourself?”
  4. Pay Attention to Fruit. Decisions aligned with God’s will yield spiritual fruit and peace (Galatians 5:22-23). Embrace Open and Closed Doors: Not every opportunity is from God. Pray for discernment to recognize His hand in the doors He opens or closes.

Today, reflect on the decisions that you will have to make. Are they guided by personal desires or God’s direction? Surrender your plans to Him, trusting that His purpose for your life is far greater than anything you could ever ask for or imagine! God is just that Good! For He is God! For He is a Good God! And He loves seeing you going the way He destined and not the way that you designed! Follow God!

Let’s Pray:

Father, I come before You today, surrendering my plans, desires, and decisions to Your perfect Will. Forgive me for the times I’ve rushed ahead of You, choosing what I thought was right in my own eyes instead of trusting Your guidance. Father, thank You for Your wisdom and knowledge. I confess that I sometimes choose what seems right to me, relying on my own understanding instead of trusting You. Forgive me for the times I have followed my way instead of Yours. Lead me back to Your path, Father. Help me to surrender everything to you and to submit to Your Will and Ways. Father, teach me to trust Your Word and wait for Your direction, knowing that Your way is always best and better way. Help me to quiet my heart and listen for Your voice. Align my steps with Your plans and give me peace in waiting for Your timing. Give me wisdom to discern Your Will and courage to follow it, even when it’s not what I expected. Align my heart with Yours and remind me that Your plans for me are good, perfect, and filled with purpose. Father, if I am on a path not destined for me, redirect my heart and my feet. Strengthen my faith to trust that Your ways are higher, Your wisdom is perfect, and Your love for me is unfailing! I commit my life into Your hands, trusting You to lead me into the destiny You designed. Thank You for loving me enough to redirect me when I was wandering. Father today, I commit my heart and steps to You take.  In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Good Morning Sunshine! There Is Nowhere That You Can Go To Get Away From God! So, Stop Trying!

Psalm 139:7-12 NLT ~ “I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence! [8] If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there. [9] If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, [10] even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me. [11] I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night- [12] but even in darkness I cannot hide from you. To you the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are the same to you.”

Good Morning Holy Spirit, I Welcome Your Presence on this 1st Monday of 2025!

Where can you go from the Lord’s spirit? Let me tell you, so that you don’t waste any more of your precious time, there is Nowhere that you can go! Period! Your Father is everywhere at the same time, He is Omnipresent! Today, there is nowhere else you should desire to be except in Your Father’s, Presence, that’s where His Glory resides! Did you receive this? His Glory is where His Presence is! You are never alone when you have God, God is always with you, everywhere you go, He goes!

In your busiest moments and in your quietest ones, God’s Presence surrounds you. Yet, I know that there are times in life when you may feel overwhelmed by guilt, shame, or fear, and it can cause you to believe you need to hide from God. You know what you do, you try to bury your worries in busyness, drown out your pain in distractions, or run from accountability, all the while forgetting one simple truth, there is no place you can go where God is not there! As a matter of fact, He beats you to that place that you are trying to run and hide in!

So today, instead of running, stop! Instead of hiding, turn to Him! He is waiting, not to judge or condemn, you but to hold and guide you. When you embrace this truth, you’ll find that the very Presence you feared is the source of your greatest peace. Psalm 139 reminds you of the inescapable and comforting Presence of God. Whether you find yourself on a mountaintop of joy or in valley of despair, He is there. When you feel lost, confused, or even consumed by darkness, God’s light breaks through. There’s no place too far, too dark, or too broken for His love and guidance to reach you.

In your struggles, you may often feel the urge to run from God, believing that your mistakes or weaknesses disqualify you from His presence. But Psalm 139 assures you of a comforting and transformative truth, God is everywhere. He is with you in the highs and lows, the darkness and the light. No matter how far you try to go, physically, emotionally, or spiritually, His love remains steadfast towards you.

His Presence is the source of renewal and restoration that you need. This theme in Psalms is echoed also in Romans 8:38-39, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” God’s love for you knows no bounds; it breaks through all of your walls and reaches you in places that you never thought He would go!

And in Jeremiah 23:23-24, God declares, “Do I not fill heaven and earth?” He is never far; even when you feel lost, you are never out of His sight. It is in God’s Presence, that your call becomes clearer! It’s in His Presence where He talks with you! It’s in His Presence that He walks with you! It’s in His Presence that you find joy! It’s in His Presence that you find peace! It’s in His Presence that you find love! It’s in Presence where His Glory shows up and changes your life! It’s in this place, His Presence, that His Glory appears, and there is no other place you should ever want to be! How amazing it is to be in God’s Presence and to see His Glory show up!

God’s Presence is not only a comfort but also an anchor in times of fear and uncertainty. Consider Isaiah 41:10, which says, “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” So, no matter what you are facing, challenges, difficulties, or inner battles, God’s Presence equips you with courage and endurance to keep pushing. When you stop running and allow Him to meet you where you are, you will find out that His strength has been enabling you to move forward all along!

Furthermore, God’s Presence is a constant reminder of how deeply known and valued you are. He is not a distant deity watching from afar, but an intimate Father who understands your every emotion, thought, and need. Matthew 10:29-31 tells you that not even a sparrow falls to the ground outside of God’s care, and that you are worth far more than sparrows. How reassuring it is to know that the Creator of the universe is mindful of you! You don’t need to hide, because God already knows you fully and still desires to walk with you. Reflecting on these truths can change how you navigate life. Instead of resisting or running, stop and invite Him into the deepest places of your heart!

Remember and know this, God knows every hidden corner of your heart and yet pursues you still. His Presence is not something to flee but something to embrace every single moment of every single day that He has given you your life!

Let’s Pray:
Father, today I will open my mouth and declare Your goodness before everyone that I meet. Father, thank You for never leaving me, even when I tried to run and hide. Help me to rest in Your Presence and bring my whole heart to You, alongside with my fears, my failures, and my hope. Open my eyes to see that I don’t need to run, for Your love pursues me relentlessly. Thank You for being my ever-present help, in every season of my life. Father, teach me to trust that You can meet me with grace and not judgment. Wherever I go, remind me that Your hand guides me, and Your love never fails. Fill the dark corners of my life with Your light and give me the courage to surrender my life to You and to fully submit to Your Ways. Let me rest in the assurance that I am never alone and that Your plans for me are always good. I will declare I’m victorious because of what You are doing in my life, and I belong to You! Father, Thank You for Your promises and everlasting Presence that covers me and everyone that I am concerned about. Father, mold my heart to seek You in all things and to walk confidently in the knowledge that Your presence surrounds me in every moment of my life. Father, there is nowhere that I want to be, except in Your Presence, for Your Glory and my good. In Jesus Christ Name, Amen!

Blessings…
